Ms Juliana Lam, the Managing Director of Julius Group Holdings Ltd and Founder of INNOTIER, was influenced by the heritage roots in gloves & accessories manufacturing from her father since 1963. Managing over 20 factories in China and SE Asia, Ms Lam transformed the conventional gloves manufacturing business with her innovative and sustainability practice. Under her leadership, the company becomes a forward-thinking company with ESG as core values while achieving best efficiency through big data and innovations. Juliana was the first female President of The Association of Hong Kong Gloves Traders Limited and she was awarded the Sustainability Leader of the Year at the HKMA Sustainability Awards in 2022.
