Formerly a hotelier, Tony started his career at a 5-star hotel that provides world-class services to guests and visitors. A rare opportunity enabled him to make a career move to HR and he has now accumulated over 15 years of people development experience across various industries including hospitality, retail, and financial services. Aside from people development, Tony is passionate about driving cultural transformation, employee engagement, and well-being. He is currently a committee member of the Chief Happiness Officer Association and the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources.
