Hear from this Hong-Kong based company about its journey to Shared Value.
With over 30 years of experience in Asia and headquartered in Hong Kong, Sedgwick Richardson’s philosophy is to leverage the power of strategic insights and design, to build brands that are relevant. By infusing sustainability principles into the brands that we build, we increase brand equity for our clients. We believe that the true meaning of a successful brand is when all stakeholders benefit; business owners, their employees, their consumers as well as everyone in the business’s supply chain. This philosophy is reflected in our own working culture at Sedgwick Richardson, as we regularly implement wellness workshops to improve the wellbeing of our team.
Our passion for employee engagement is further evident in how we have helped logistics firm, SATS, design employee engagement and employer branding initiatives to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

Working across all sectors, we find that the real estate industry is particularly impactful when Creating Shared Value and we excel in working with developers to design “place brands” that thrive. One example of our work is the collaboration with Keppel Land and Keppel Urban Solutions to create the brand, Saigon Sports City, a 64-hectare township in Vietnam. Amongst others, our clients include Jardines, Sino Land, Hongkong Land and Kerry Properties.
At a time when visionary leaders are looking at ways to infuse Shared Value principles into their businesses and their brands, becoming a Member of Shared Value Initiative is a great way for Sedgwick Richardson to align with others who share our values; a society to learn, network, inspire, and build meaningful relationships.
