Krithika Kalyan has 18+ years of experience in leadership roles, specifically in health insurance across Asia. She is currently the Director for Strategic Development,Health Insurance for AXA Asia, based in Hong Kong and is in charge of supporting 7 markets in Asia for expanding health business. She is also the regional business owner for "Emma by AXA", a holistic customer ecosystem with a special focus on mental health services. She was previously head of health for AXA Indonesia and prior to this, she was heading underwriting for health in Bharti AXA in Bangalore, India. She is a firm believer that mental health is an intersectional topic that requires the community coming together to address the challenges.
