Join the Shared Value Initiative & Enel for an interactive workshop where we’ll explore the links between purpose and shared value and culture and shared value using the Initiative’s Shared Value Performance Playbook as a framework. The hands-on workshop will attendees an opportunity to interact with the Playbook which can be used to identify and develop the internal conditions needed to accelerate shared value performance.
Attendees will complete a brief pre-work diagnostic and engage in a series of small and large group exercises to explore their own organizational shared value journey. The workshop will also feature micro-talks from shared value leaders to amplify the concepts raised during the discussion.
At the end of the day join Enel for an optional tour of its newly opened Smart-Grid Lab, an innovation hub dedicated to developing an increasingly efficient and evolved “smart-grid“.
