CSV Training & Workshops

From foundations to masterclass, understand how shared value strategy integrates ESG, CSR, philanthropy, and core business strategy. Delivered in partnership with Shared Value Project in Australia. Adaptable for cross-functional teams at any level.

Purpose Playbook workshop

A facilitated series that guides leadership teams through identifying where their business strategy and social purpose intersect, and translating this materiality map into a practical shared valueroadmap.

In-person or hybrid – 4 x 2.5 hours

Executive Education

A programme for sustainability leaders navigating complex change. Participants examine how ideas move or stall inside organisations, and develop skills to build internal momentum for sustainability initiatives.

CSV for Non-Profits

A two-day intensive for NGO and social enterprise leaders. Participants build a shared value proposition, learn to engage the corporate sector strategically, and leave with a partnership narrative ready to use.
