On World Mental Health Day, 10 Oct., The Executive Centre and Shared Value Project invite you to learn how to be less stressed, instead more mindful and happy from personal trainer Nate Solia. A free healthy lunch will be provided followed by an optional hypno-meditation exercise guided by holistic health experts and SVIHK affiliate Balance Potential.
