MEMBERS EVENT –
A dozen of business leaders are part of the first Purpose Playbook workshop cohort. Over four sessions, they work together on bringing Shared Value practice to life within their companies. Using the Purpose Playbook framework, they defined a worthwhile purpose, identified new opportunities and refined strategy, goals and resources.
Today’s session will focus on Operations in three specific areas: innovating for scale, new models of cooperation, and measurement & reporting.
The fourth workshop will explore how People can pioneer the change in their company.
