“I would like to congratulate Adrian Cheng of New World Development Company Ltd and SUEZ NWS for winning their Awards today. Both are well deserved and recognise an extraordinary commitment to delivering positive impact through Shared Value business principles. Companies like these are needed now more than ever to serve as inspiration for corporates seeking to simultaneously create economic and societal value.” said SVIHK CEO, Gaëlle Loiseau.
Now in its fifth year, the Awards, organised by Shared Value Project Australia & New Zealand, were delivered in a first-ever virtual announcement on Wednesday 28 October, with support from Shared Value Initiative Hong Kong (SVIHK). The Awards provide a platform from which to identify, celebrate and promote Shared Value success stories in the Asia Pacific.
The independent Award Selection Committee, comprised of eight judges representing the corporate, academic and Shared Value network, made their announcement following an intensive one month selection and review process. The Judges included Patricia Lau, Director, Alumni Affairs and Development Office, The Education University of Hong Kong and Philo Alto, Founder & CEO, Asia Value Advisors.
