Business For Societal Impact

Our CEO Virginie Ostrowski will be speaking at the B4SI Annual Conference. The Business For Societal Impact’s flagship event convening corporate social impact practitioners and partners globally brings together global social impact leaders and experts from across industry and academia to share knowledge and know-how in a collective effort towards accelerating societal impact. This year’s event is particularly significant as we celebrate our partner’s 30th anniversary. While much has evolved in that time, the power of investing in social impact remains vital in addressing key issues that matter to companies, communities, and wider society.

The conference will bring together prominent organisations including The Taskforce on Inequality and Socialrelated Financial Disclosures (TISFD), the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN), The Conference Board and the UN Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS) alongside leaders from global businesses QBE, Intrepid Travel and Stockland, to discuss the future trends of Corporate Social Impact.

Conference speakers include:

    • Sharan Burrow, Co-Chair, TISFD
    • Virginie OstrowskiChief Executive Officer, Shared Value Initiative Hong Kong
    • Jeff Hoffman, Institute Leader, Corporate Citizenship & Philanthropy, The Conference Board ESG Center
    • Alonso Ortiz Galán, Director of Corporate Impact Investing, The GIIN – Global Impact Investing Network
    • Chan Sue Meng, Deputy Director, Sustainability & Capability-Building, UN Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS)
    • James Aiken, AUSPAC Foundation Manager, QBE
